
Everyone is stressed. Whether it be because of school, work, family, relationships, etc. Stress is everywhere and no one can hide from it.
Stress can lead to depression in people, and can even cause people to do things that they could possibly regret. I have been stressed many times, but there are ways to get over it. You can sleep, listen to music, exercise, etc. Anything that can get your mind off of stress is great! :)
